Brad R. Godshall

Mr. Godshall specializes in finance, workouts, and business reorganizations under chapter 11. He is a graduate of Juniata College and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was captain of the 1981 Moot Court team. He is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" (2005 - 2008), Chambers USA "America's Leading Business Lawyers" (2004 - 2007), and holds an AV Peer Rating, Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability. Mr. Godshall is admitted to practice in Nevada and California, and is a resident in our Los Angeles office.
