Alan J. Kornfeld

Mr. Kornfeld has extensive experience in complex business, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business tort, director and officer liability, and real property disputes. He is a graduate of the UCLA, where he also received his J.D. Mr. Kornfeld is admitted to practice in California and New York, and is a resident in our Los Angeles office.
