David J. BartonMr. Barton represents clients in a variety of business and corporate transactions, including debt and equity financings, business acquisitions, loans, securities offerings, and franchisings. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Barton was vice president and general counsel of Sizzler International, the NYSE international chain restaurant company, where he supervised legal affairs throughout the company's chapter 11 reorganization. He is a graduate of UCLA and got his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Barton is admitted to practice in California and holds an AV Peer Rating, Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability.
