Joshua M. FriedMr. Fried has represented chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, and companies in out-of-court workouts and restructurings. Mr. Fried is a graduate of Rutgers University, received his J.D. magna cum laude from Pepperdine School of Law, and an MBA from Cal State Northridge. Mr. Fried is admitted to practice in California and New York, and is a resident in our San Francisco office.
