He has represented debtors, chapter 11 trustees, creditors' committees, and other parties in numerous bankruptcy cases including the debtors in Chi Chi's, Global Home Products/Anchor Hocking/Mirro/WearEver, Trans World Airlines, Custom Food Products, American Tissue, Breuners Home Furnishings/Huffman Koos; chapter 11 trustees in Le-Nature's and Inyx USA; and creditors' committees in Tweeter Home Entertainment, JHT Holdings Inc., Jevic Transportation, Caribbean Petroleum, Waterlink and Pliant. Mr. Grohsgal is a graduate of Brandeis University and received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School.
