Bruce Grohsgal

Bruce Grohsgal is a partner in the Wilmington, Delaware office. He has represented debtors, chapter 11 trustees, creditors' committees, and other parties in numerous bankruptcy cases including the debtors in Chi Chi's, Global Home Products/Anchor Hocking/Mirro/WearEver, Trans World Airlines, Custom Food Products, American Tissue, Breuners Home Furnishings/Huffman Koos; chapter 11 trustees in Le-Nature's and Inyx USA; and creditors' committees in Tweeter Home Entertainment, JHT Holdings Inc., Jevic Transportation, Caribbean Petroleum, Waterlink and Pliant. Mr. Grohsgal is a graduate of Brandeis University and received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School. He is listed among the "Best Lawyers in America" and "Delaware Super Lawyers" with other bankruptcy attorneys. Mr. Grohsgal is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York and Pennsylvania.
