Beth E. LevineMs. Levine handles complex commercial litigation and arbitrations involving bankruptcy, fiduciary duty, corporate control, and contractual issues. She has represented debtors and creditors' committees in bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Ms. Levine is a graduate of Barnard College and received her J.D. from Columbia University. Ms. Levine is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and is a resident in our New York office. |
