Mark Billion's practice has included commercial litigation involving fiduciary duties; litigating breach-of-contract and indemnification claims; merger-related litigation pertaining to hostile bids, proxy contests and defensive maneuvers; domestic and international antitrust proceedings; and appellate litigation. Mr. Billion received a B.S. from University of Missouri and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. Mr. Billion is admitted to practice in New York and Delaware. He is a resident of our Delaware office.
