Gabrielle Albert Rohwer
Ms. Rohwer has represented chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, and chapter 7 trustees in the contexts of bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and other related commercial litigation. While clerking for the Colorado bankruptcy court, she was tasked with rewriting the bankruptcy court's local rules in response to the changes instituted by BAPCPA. She received her B.A. (Economics) from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994 and her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1997. She is a member of the California, Colorado and New York bars and is a resident in our New York office.
