Mr. Godshall specializes in finance, workouts, and business reorganizations under chapter 11. He is a graduate of Juniata College and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was captain of the 1981 Moot Court team. He is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" (2005 - 2008), Chambers USA "America's Leading Business Lawyers" (2004 - 2007), holds an AV Peer Rating, Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability, and was named a "Super Lawyer" in the field of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights in 2009 and 2010 in a peer survey conducted by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles magazine, an honor bestowed on only 5% of Southern California attorneys.
