Mr. Kharasch has had substantial experience in chapter 11 corporate reorganizations and out-of-court workouts representing debtors, secured creditors, and creditors' committees. He has had lead responsibility in confirming both creditor and debtor plans of reorganization in chapter 11 cases. Mr. Kharasch is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his J.D. from UCLA.
