Alan J. Kornfeld
Mr. Kornfeld has extensive trial experience in bankruptcy courts in New York, Delaware and California. Over the past several years, he has tried confirmation disputes, DIP financing and cash collateral motions, sale motions, and incentive plan motions. Mr. Kornfeld also has handled a wide variety of commercial disputes in state and federal courts. He is a graduate of UCLA, where he also received his J.D.
