David M. Bertenthal
Mr. Bertenthal has substantial experience representing debtors, unsecured creditors, and secured creditors in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. He also has substantial experience in non-bankruptcy commercial litigation and transactional matters. He is a graduate of Cornell University and earned his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Bertenthal is admitted to practice in California and is a resident in our San Francisco office.
