Celine M. Guillou
Ms. Guillou has represented chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, and individuals in the context of adversary proceedings and other general and commercial litigation. Ms. Guillou also has extensive experience litigating claims in chapter 11 cases. She is a graduate of the University of Paris School of Law and received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Columbia-VLA Journal of Law and the Arts. Ms. Guillou is admitted to practice in California and is a resident in our San Francisco office.
