Curtis A. Hehn
Mr. Hehn has extensive experience representing debtors and creditors' committees across a broad range of industries, including retail (G+G Retail, EZ Lube, HomeLife, Sleepmaster), manufacturing (Champion Home Builders, Desa International), asbestos (ACandS, Inc.), food service/restaurants (Buffets, Inc., Webvan), and the mortgage loan origination and servicing business (Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Aegis). Mr. Hehn also has extensive experience in complex bankruptcy litigation. He is a graduate of the UC Berkeley and received his J.D. from Rutgers. Mr. Hehn is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and is a resident in our Delaware office.
