On June 5, 2012, Route 10 Associates, SDA Inc. and Wayne Philadelpha Associates commenced chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of  New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey ("Bankruptcy Court"). Judge Novalyn l. Winfiel is the presiding judge. The cases were consolidated for administrative purposes under the caption "155 Route 10 Associates," case number 12-24414 (hereinafter the consolidated debtors will be referred to collectively as "155 Route 10 Associates").

Committee Appointment

On June 15, 2012, the U.S. Trustee appointed the following members to the official committee of unsecured creditors ("Committee"): Cooper Tire and Rubber Company, BP Lubricants USA, Kumho Tires USA, Prime Lube Inc. and Retail Wholesale and Department Store Union, Local 108. The Committee has selected Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZJ") as committee counsel; Bankruptcy Court approval of the employment is pending. Robert Feinstein, Ilan Scharf and Gabrielle Rohwer are the principal attorneys at PSZJ responsible for this engagement.
