Teddy Kapur will join a panel discussion comparing national insolvency law regimes. The panel will evaluate influences on the state of the law in various national jurisdictions and assess proposed reforms, including the European Commission’s recommendations to improve the EU Insolvency Regulation and the American Bankruptcy Institute commission report on reforming Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
