Laura Davis Jones will be a panelist in a discussion of final debtor-in possession financing and bidding procedures as part of this seminar, for which Ms. Jones is a mentor. The Bankruptcy Trial Practice Seminar is an instructional trial-practice program designed for lawyers with three to six years' of experience as practicing attorneys, and seeks to provide a venue in which they can practice courtroom experience and learn from experienced practitioners.
