Debra Grassgreen Named to Daily Journal's Top 100 Women Lawyers for 2013
The firm is very proud to announce that Debra Grassgreen, partner in the San Francisco office, has been included in the Daily Journal's list of the 100 Top Women Lawyers in California. Ms. Grassgreen was recognized for her work in creditor-debtor rights. The item in the special supplement published in both the Los Angeles Daily Journal and the San Francisco Daily Journal focused on Ms. Grassgreen's work in the Solyndra bankruptcy case, where she was instrumental in assisting Solyndra and its parent holding company in successfully exiting bankruptcy through a chapter 11 plan that satisfied a multitude of priority and administrative claims, resolved an employee class action and various inter-creditor disputes, provided the means to maximize asset values, and preserved net operating losses at the parent level.
