• The debtor-in-possession financing of National Envelope won Restructuring Deal of the Year ($50mm to $100mm); PSZJ represented the creditors' committee in the case
• The restructuring of American Suzuki won Restructuing Deal of the Year ($100mm to $250mm); PSZJ represented the debtor in the case
• The restructuring of Georges Marciano won Cross-Border Restructuring Deal of the Year ($100mm to $1 billion); PSZJ represents the chapter 11 trustee in the case
• The bankruptcy sale of Orchard Supply Hardward Stores won Section 363 Sale of the Year ($100mm to $1 billion); PSZJ represents the creditors' committee in the case
• The restructuring of Residential Capital won Section 363 Sale of the Year (Over $1 billion); PSZJ is cocounsel to the creditors' committee in the case
