• Special Situations M&A Deal of the Year (Large Middle Market) for Village Roadshow Entertainment – Alcon Media; PSZJ represented the unsecured creditors’ committee in this case.
• Industries Restructuring of the Year (Retail/Real Estate) for New Rite Aid; PSZJ represented an asset purchaser in this case.
• Industries Restructuring of the Year (Commercial Services) for Worldwide Machinery Group; PSZJ represented the unsecured creditors’ committee in this case.
• Industries Restructuring of the Year (Energy/Utilities) for Rokstad – Stellex Capital – Graham Power Services; PSZJ represented the foreign representative in this case.

The 18th Annual Awards Gala Celebrations were held on May 12, 2026 at the Metropolitan Club in New York.
