Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 cases of Village Roadshow Entertainment and its debtor affiliates filed in the District of Delaware. The debtors, a leading independent producer and financier of over 100 films since its inception including major Hollywood motion pictures like the “Matrix” trilogy and “The LEGO Movie”, seek to sell their film library and certain other assets in the bankruptcy cases.  The firm is guiding and advising the creditors’ committee on the myriad sale and case issues critical to the successful resolution of the bankruptcy case.
