The debtors—an oil and natural gas servicing company operating in California, the Permian Basin, Texas, Oklahoma and Rockies/Bakken—obtained the approval of the Delaware bankruptcy court of their prepackaged reorganization plan pursuant to which the company was significantly deleveraged.
