Steve Golden Appointed as ABA Representative to UNCITRAL Working Group V (Insolvency Law)

We are proud to share that Steve Golden was recently appointed to the official delegation of the American Bar Association (ABA) to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group V (Insolvency Law). The ABA has been recognized as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) since 1999 and has been an active participant in the development of a number of texts on insolvency law reform. Working Group V is one of UNCITRAL’s six working groups, focused on insolvency law since 2001. It has developed key texts such as the Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency and the Model Law on Enterprise Group Insolvency.

Steve joins Christopher Redmond (Redmond Law Firm in Overland Park, KS), Judge Christopher Klein (E.D. Cal.), and Adam Maerov (McMillan in Calgary, Alberta) as the ABA representatives to UNCITRAL.
