PSZJ to Serve as Bankruptcy Counsel to RiverStreet Communications in its Chapter 11 Cases

Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones is bankruptcy counsel to RiverStreet Communications of Virginia, Inc., a rural broadband and telecommunications provider serving Virginia and North Carolina, and its 20 affiliated debtors in chapter 11 cases filed October 21, 2026, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. RiverStreet’s parent, Wilkes Telephone Membership Corporation, is a member-owned cooperative incorporated in North Carolina in 1951.

The Pachulski team includes Gregory V. Demo, Jeffrey W. Dulberg and Jordan A. Kroop, working alongside Virginia co-counsel Tavenner & Beran, PLC. The case is In re RiverStreet Communications of Virginia, Inc., et al., Case No. 26-72823 (FJS).
