Amanda Kodabash
Amanda Kodabash, resident in the firm’s Los Angeles office, practices in the areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency litigation. Her practice focuses on complex chapter 11 proceedings and other restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in distressed situations.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda gained experience in corporate restructuring as a summer associate, where she worked on matters involving financially distressed companies and other restructuring-related issues.
Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
