David Bertenthal, resident in the firm’s San Francisco office, has substantial experience representing debtors, unsecured creditors, and secured creditors in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. He also has substantial experience in nonbankruptcy commercial litigation and transactional matters. He is a graduate of Cornell University and earned his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.
