Joshua Fried, resident in the firm’s San Francisco office, has significant experience representing debtors and creditors’ committees in large chapter 11 cases throughout the county, including True Religion, Prince Sports, Filene’s Basement, Fresh Choice, and Champion Enterprises. He has been listed in every edition of Best Lawyers in America since 2019 for his work in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law. Josh is a graduate of Rutgers University, received his J.D. magna cum laude from Pepperdine School of Law, and an MBA from Cal State Northridge.
