Zev Bomrind is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate and securities laws, adept at handling a diverse range of intricate transactional and business-related issues.

Mr. Bomrind serves both public and private enterprises, along with individuals, navigating them through complex areas such as mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters. Mr. Bomrind's assistance extends to public companies, their executives, and investors. He provides invaluable counsel on matters of SEC compliance and reporting obligations, corporate governance, and relevant exchange listing regulations. His comprehensive experience also covers representing borrowers and lending institutions involved in secured and unsecured debt transactions, including asset-based borrowings, term loans, revolving credit facilities, and the restructuring of secured loan arrangements.

Mr. Bomrind is a graduate of University of Maryland (B.A. 1991) and received his J.D. from Fordham University (cum laude, 1996), where he worked on Fordham Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New York and is resident in our New York office.
