Beth E. Levine
Ms. Levine has extensive experience in bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation. She has litigated corporate governance and fiduciary duty issues, breach-of-contract claims, professional malpractice claims, avoidance actions, plan confirmations, contested DIP and sale motions, and claims objections. She has significant experience in the analysis and resolution of claims arising out of rejected commercial real estate leases. Ms. Levine has also has investigated and prosecuted claims on behalf of creditors’ committees and bankruptcy estates.
Ms. Levine is a graduate of Barnard College and received her J.D. from Columbia University. She is admitted to practice in New York and is resident in our New York office.
