Karen B. Dine

For over twenty-five years, Ms. Dine has specialized in all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring, representing debtors in possession, creditors' and equity committees, including official committees representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse, mass tort claimants, equity holders, institutional lenders, secured lenders, indenture trustees, investment and private equity funds, distressed debt investors, trade creditors, real property and equipment lessors, all in diverse industries, including chemicals, real estate, oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, gaming and hospitality, aviation, life sciences, food and beverage, agriculture and mortgage lending. She has worked on numerous cases, including the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ogdensburg, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre, the Diocese of Rochester, Boy Scouts of America, LTL Management, Imerys Talc America, Easterday Ranches and Easterday Farms, Highland Capital Management, Caesars Entertainment, Nortel Networks, and Sizmek.

Ms. Dine is a graduate of Barnard College summa cum laude and earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. She has been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer in 2006 - 2010, 2012 - 2023. Ms. Dine is resident in our New York office.
