Mary F. Caloway
The focus of Ms. Caloway's practice is commercial bankruptcy and restructuring. She has represented debtors, equity holders, official committees, secured lenders, creditors, asset acquirers and other parties in interest in a number of national cases. She has particular expertise in representing foreign representatives for numerous international debtors in connection with chapter 15 proceedings.
Ms. Caloway received her undergraduate degree at University of Delaware and her J.D. at Widener University School of Law. She is resident in our Wilmington office.
