Cannabis

The firm has been advising clients in the cannabis industry for half a decade and has been at the forefront of the intersection of cannabis and insolvency law, regularly representing companies, lenders, and investors in out-of-court restructurings and related merger and acquisition transactions. Most recently, the firm served as counsel to the ad hoc group of noteholders of Loudpack, a vertically integrated cannabis company, in connection with the three-party merger of Loudpack, Harborside, and Urbn Leaf. In addition to noteholders, the firm represents or has recently represented creditors involved in cannabis related insolvencies, as well as companies exploring options in this increasingly competitive industry.
