Representation of Alden Global Capital, the stalking-horse bidder and ultimate buyer of certain assets of Aerogroup in their chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware. The debtors were a New Jersey-based women’s footwear brand that operated 78 stores across the U.S. and e-commerce, wholesale, and licensing businesses. With the firm’s assistance, the sale was approved by the Delaware bankruptcy court and consummated.
