Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Airnet Communications in the Middle District of Florida. The case resulted in confirmation of a plan of reorganization that provided for a material distribution to general unsecured creditors even though the general unsecured creditors were out of the money based upon the capital structure of the company.
