Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Old Mbria f/k/a Ambri in the District of Delaware. The debtor is a developer of industrial-scale liquid metal batteries for long-duration energy storage solutions (prior investors included Bill Gates, Khosla Ventures, and TotalEnergies). Substantially all of the debtor’s assets were successfully sold in a chapter 11 sale process in July 2024, and the debtors filed a proposed plan.
