Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 cases of Big Village Holding in the District of Delaware. The debtors were a global advertising, technology, and data company with operations in the United States, Europe and Australia and notable clients including Google, Facebook, Amazon, Altria, Aramark, Fidelity, Johnson & Johnson, and T-Mobile. With the firm’s assistance, the committee participated in a comprehensive sales process that led to court-approved sales of substantially all of the debtors’ assets and subsequently entered into a global settlement with the debtors and other key parties, culminating in a confirmed plan with, among other benefits, a cash fund for general unsecured creditors.
