Bugle Boy

Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Bugle Boy Industries, a clothing manufacturer that operated several hundred retail stores nationally, in the Central District of California. Although a distribution to general unsecured creditors seemed unlikely when the cases were filed, the firm was instrumental in negotiating a liquidating plan that provided a distribution to unsecured creditors.
