Representation of Cloudbreak Entertainment in its chapter 11 case in the Central District of California. Founded by television producer Conrad Riggs, the company provided management, development, production, distribution, and related services in the entertainment industry. The bankruptcy was filed to allow the company to properly defend a pending breach-of-contract suit relating to revenues received by the company from a number of highly successful reality television shows, such as “Survivor” and “The Apprentice,” and, if necessary, restructure any resulting liability and other debts.
