Representation of FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in connection with Dendreon’s chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware and the transfer of FDB’s contract with Dendreon to a purchaser of Dendreon’s business. FDB’s predecessor manufactured a component antigen for a cancer-fighting drug distributed by Dendreon.
