DHP Holdings II (Desa)

Representation of DHP Holdings II (Desa) in their chapter 11 cases in the District of Delaware. The debtors were a leading manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of vent-free hearing appliances, outdoor heaters, and lawn and garden electrical products. The firm assisted in effectuating and consummating a sale of substantially all of the debtors’ assets to FMI Products. Following contentious litigation with creditors’ committee counsel, the case was ultimately converted to a chapter 7.
