Representation of Digital Domain, a Hollywood special effects company started in 1993 by director James Cameron and the late special effects guru Stan Winston, in its chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware. The assets of debtor affiliate Digital Domain Productions were sold at auction; a speedy sale process was necessary to maintaining ongoing work relationships with Hollywood studios. PSZJ successfully sold the VFX business on what the court noted was an unprecedented timetable.
