Representation of the purchaser of East Orange General Hospital in its chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the District of New Jersey in an acquisition estimated to be valued at over $100 million. As a result of a successful bid and sale closing, over 800 employee jobs were saved, and service remained uninterrupted to the hundreds of patients.
