Representation of Elite World S.A., the worldwide modeling agency and equity owner of Elite Model Management, Inc., which filed for chapter 11 relief in the Southern District of New York after suffering a major judgment from a former employee and being embroiled as a defendant in class-action litigation on behalf of models against Elite and other major modeling agencies. The debtor’s assets were sold and litigation claims against Elite World S.A. were resolved under a plan of liquidation.
