Representation of Goldenpeaks Poland Holding Limited and its 39 debtor affiliates in their chapter 11 cases pending in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The debtors are an independent renewable energy power producer in Eastern Europe and one of the largest owners of solar photovoltaic assets in Poland. Confronted with a liquidity crisis and other challenging circumstances that caused the precipitous commencement of the chapter 11 cases, the company, with the firm’s assistance, was able to obtain emergency bridge financing, postpetition financing, and breathing space to stabilize operations. The firm is advising the company as it engages in a sale and plan process for the benefit of all stakeholders.
