Guy F. Atkinson Company

Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Guy F. Atkinson Company in the Northern District of California. The debtor was one of the largest construction companies in the United States, with revenue in excess of $450 million in 1996. Atkinson built the Grand Coulee Dam, the United Nations headquarters, and the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant.
