Hellas Telecommunications (Luxembourg) V

Representation of a working group of senior secured noteholders of Hellas Telecommunications V as Delaware counsel. Hellas, a business entity organized in Luxembourg, existed solely to manage the debt of Wind Hellas, a fully integrated telecommunications operator in Greece. The Delaware bankruptcy court entered an order recognizing the foreign proceeding and granting full force and effect to a scheme of arrangement that had been presented to the U.K. court.
