Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Software Logistics Corporation d/b/a iLogistix, which provided global supply chain management services to some of the largest technology companies in the world. The committee played a pivotal role in a going-concern sale and proposed a plan of liquidation for iLogistix that resulted in substantial recoveries for unsecured creditors.
