The Iovate entities are an established and diversified health and wellness business based in Ontario, Canada, specializing in nutrition and weight-management products, including the MuscleTech, Hydroxycut, and Six Star brands, distributed in over 90 countries. With the firm’s assistance, the foreign representative obtained favorable rulings from the court, including recognition of the Canadian proceedings as a foreign main proceeding, and continues to take actions to preserve the debtors’ value and facilitate the Canadian proceedings and the debtors’ restructuring for the benefit of stakeholders.
