Representation of the creditors’ committee appointed in the chapter 11 case of KH Funding and affiliates in the District of Maryland. KH Funding operated as an SEC-registered issuer of fixed income securities and a mortgage bank throughout the United States. Creditors’ recoveries were made pursuant to a joint plan of liquidation co-proposed by the debtors and the committee.
