Representation of former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson and his corporation Mike Tyson Enterprises, Inc. in chapter 11 cases in the Southern District of New York. During the case, the firm negotiated global settlements of litigation with Don King and Don King Productions and numerous other creditors and parties in interest, and negotiated and confirmed a joint plan of reorganization with the creditors’ committee.
